Reports to QA Supervisor

There are no full-time positions reporting to this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors production processes and record unusual incidents, deviations, problems occurring during production to ensure food safety and quality management system programs are effectively implemented and properly monitored
• Performs routine verification of compliance to GMP, SSOP, HACCP in plant and in warehouse
• Performs investigation and recommend logical CAPA to non-conforming materials and processes, and customer complaints
• Conducts verification of accomplished CAPA Plans issued to concerned departments
• Conducts finished product releasing
• Conducts internal audits on a regular basis
• Conducts orientation of newly hired employees and annual refresher training
• Conducts supplier audits
• Participates in mock recovery/recall exercise
• Participate in product quality checks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, Education, Experience):

• Graduate of B.S. Food Technology
• Has awareness on GMP, HACCP, FSSC
• With good written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• With at least 1 year experience in food manufacturing
