Supervise and manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities including service, kitchen coordination, inventory, and cleanliness.
Provide leadership, training, and support to staff to maintain high service and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and oversee accurate stock reporting.
Utilize POS systems to manage sales, transactions, and basic financial reporting.
Assist in implementing company policies, operational procedures, and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.

Graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or any related hospitality course.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in customer service, inventory management, and POS operations.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
