As a Store Supervisor at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc., you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Consolacion Cebu. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing a team of sales associates, and driving operational efficiency within the store.

• Act as the store head in the absence of the store manager.
• Ensure that the store is ready for customers.
• Execute management's directives and instructions and ensure proper and timely compliance.
• Check the accomplishment of all delegated tasks and assignments to store officers and resolve pending transactions.
• Check everyday emails.
• Walk Every Aisle Daily.
• Closely monitor sales and drive selling workforce to achieve the daily sales target.
• Perform counter functions if needed.
• Perform specific treasury function that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Checking and monitoring of utility consumption. 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail store supervisory
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
• Familiar with retail industry best practices and current trends
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
