  • Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity levels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff.

المتطلبات

  • A graduate of Hospitality Management, or any Business related courses
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food and Beverage Industry/ Restaurant
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Must be good at delegating duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges promptly and effectively
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
