II. Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Trading & Market Research (40%)

- Execute and manage your own live trading strategies; continuously record and analyze global market dynamics, with a focus on the Korean market (KOSPI/KOSDAQ, US stocks, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives).

2. High‑Quality Content Livestreaming & Production (35%)

- Conduct in‑depth financial livestreams in Korean on major Korean platforms such as YouTube Live and Naver TV. Key content areas include:

- Daily/weekly market recaps and logical analysis

- Practical application of technical analysis (TA)

- Interpretation of macroeconomic events and their impact on markets

- Trading psychology and risk management systems

- *Plus:* The ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (for supplementary discussions or short‑form content) is a plus, helping to reach the Korean‑Chinese investment community.

3. Systematizing Knowledge & Content Development (15%)

- Translate complex financial trading concepts into educational content tailored for a Korean audience (e.g., short videos, illustrated posts, beginner guides).

4. Community Engagement & Trust Building (10%)

- Interact with viewers during livestreams and in official communities (e.g., KakaoTalk Open Chat or Discord) in a professional, rigorous, and responsible manner.

- Answer questions related to market principles and trading fundamentals; steer discussions toward long‑term learning and discipline rather than short‑term speculation.

III. Requirements & Competencies

Hard Requirements

- 2+ years of active independent trading experience (in at least one of the following: stocks, forex, futures, cryptocurrencies), with verifiable trading logic that can be presented during the interview.

- Deep understanding of the Korean financial market combined with a global macro perspective.

- Native‑level Korean proficiency, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong on‑camera presence—able to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.

- Genuine passion for financial education, with the patience and ability to simplify professional knowledge for a broad audience.

Core Competencies

- Strong logical analysis and market review skills.

- Excellent time management and ability to multitask, effectively balancing trading, content preparation, and livestreaming.

Preference will be given to candidates who

- Have prior experience creating financial content (e.g., blogs, videos, community management).

- Are able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese or English.

3.知识体系化与内容衍生（15%）
