  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify, approach, and close new client accounts, focusing on high-end cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty stores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities within the store to drive brand awareness and product demand.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, inventory control, and stock rotation of all coffee and milk tea ingredients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate store staff to meet performance standards and service quality.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities within Greenhills and nearby areas.
