- Responsible for overall performance and profitability of store
- Optimize level of profit by reducing waste, clearance, shrinkage
- Supervise and manage staff's daily work. Communicate policies, procedure and programs to employees.
- Manage all operation expenses with a spirit of cost saving
- Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management
- Carry through the company instruction and accomplish other task assigned by the leadership.
- At least 3 years of of experience in retail store operations (grocery or convenience store). Background in health and wellness products is an advantage.
- Experienced as Store Manager
- Experience in setting up a store, from pre-operations, is advantage
- Can work in a startup setting, and understands the level of commitment in managing a new store
- With a strong sense of responsibility, mature, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Alabang, Festival Mall.
