1. Daily preparation and monitoring of supplies needed in a production.

2. In charge of maintaining and inspecting newly delivered and returned items are properly cleaned, stored and kept safe.

3. Inspects delivered items by ensuring that all items are complete and undamaged.

4. In charge of updating record of all production related supplies. This includes damaged supplies.

5. Does monthly inventory of all stocks and verifies inventory computation submitted by production workers by comparing them to the physical count and investigates discrepancies if needed.

6. Ensures all production stock are correctly and properly tagged by using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

7. Assist in making requisition of needed material approved by the supervisor.

8. Assist in making reports needed by the supervisor.

9. Performs other production related duties assigned from time to time.

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, a team player, knowledgeable about food safety protocols, and adheres to quality standards.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.
