- Responsibilities and Duties: Set up and place rebar according to specifications, ensure safety procedures are followed, and collaborate with team members.
- Install and fix steel reinforcement bars as per structural drawings.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and knowledge of steel fixing techniques.
- Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor construction environments, exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
