1. Provide direct and holistic nursing care to patients according to individual care plans.
2. Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
3. Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to the attending physician.
4. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
5. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and charts.
6. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and home care.
7. Observe strict infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
8. Participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
9. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of assigned areas and equipment.
10. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support when needed.
11. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated and continuous care.
12. Participate in training, seminars, and continuing professional development.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor or Head Nurse.
