الوصف

  • Handle and resolve client inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and asset management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Monitor client accounts for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support onboarding and training of junior client service staff when needed.

المتطلبات

  • High School/SHS Graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services or wealth asset management within a BPO setting
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Can start ASAP
