الوصف

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Manage inventory and minimize food waste.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle cooking and presentation of dishes during service.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, and mise-en-place. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Head Chef in menu preparation, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and oversee kitchen staff.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
Qualities and Traits: Self-starter with attention to detail, customer-oriented, and able to maintain discretion.
