This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the following:

1. Technical Leadership/Solution Architecture: Design and oversee solution architecture of Digital Knowledge Management systems, including their (Gen)AI components, content ingestion pipelines, and integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, vendors, and peers.
2. Project Management/Product Delivery: Lead product delivery teams and participate as a principal member in major systems development projects, following ADB's product delivery lifecycle. Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while monitoring overall progress and status.
3. Cloud Management/DevOps: Manage cloud-based systems in Azure or other leading cloud providers, setting up scalable and secure solutions. Together with vendors and the ADB infrastructure team, set up technical cloud environment(s) of assigned application systems in Azure and AWS, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
4. Compliance/Quality Assurance: Ensure that Digital Knowledge and Records Management systems comply with ADB's responsible AI framework and all applicable standards, including ADB's engineering, security standards, and global best practice.
5. Support/Stakeholder Management: Provide product support following agreed SLAs, in close coordination with ADB's IT help desk and business stakeholders. Translate requirements into technical solutions, following the best industry practices.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in solutions engineering.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in jQuery, Vue, Angular, React, Cloud Computing, Azure, AWS, programming languages, generative AI systems, SharePoint development, DevOps (CI/CD), and Agile methodologies.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Design, implement, and support scalable solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure system reliability and performance.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work; may require occasional travel.
