Part-time Social Media Graphic Designer & Traffic Growth (4 Hours/Day - Remote)

We are a fast-growing team looking for a creative, conversion-driven visual storyteller to help us design high-converting posters and drive traffic to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Converting Poster Design: Design eye-catching, thumb-stopping social media posters, banners, and ad creatives tailored for different platforms.
• Lead Generation & Traffic Growth: Create visual content specifically designed for marketing funnels—focusing on high CTR (Click-Through Rate), strong Call-to-Actions (CTAs), and driving targeted traffic to our landing pages/channels.
• Ad Copywriting: Craft persuasive, viral-worthy headlines and short ad copy that complement the visuals to trigger user curiosity and engagement.
• Content Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the team to test different visual styles, layout designs, and hooks, and optimize based on performance data to maximize conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Strong Visual & Marketing Sense: Proven experience in designing marketing materials, promotional posters, or social media ads that actually convert. You know what makes people click.
• Design Tool Proficiency: Skilled in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Growth Mindset: Familiar with traffic-driving strategies, viral hooks, and how to capture consumer attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Reliable & Efficient: Ability to deliver high-quality design assets daily under a flexible, self-managed 4-hour workflow.
• [MUST HAVE] Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your marketing designs, promotional posters, or past ad creatives must be submitted with your application.
