Social Media Recruitment Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

We're looking for someone to run our social media presence in the Philippines — posting content, engaging in job-seeking communities, and helping candidates discover us. This is a content and community role, not a traditional HR role. You won't be screening resumes or doing interviews.

What you'll do

• Create and publish social media content (FB, TikTok, IG, Threads, LinkedIn)
• Post and engage in Facebook Groups where job seekers are active
• Reply to comments and messages using provided templates
• Track post performance and report weekly
• Collect content materials from our team (photos, stories, screenshots)

 Who we're looking for

• At least 6 months of experience running any social media account — a brand page, org account, or your own content-creator account
•  Can show us content you've made (personal accounts are fine)
•  Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing
•  Strong written English that sounds like a real person talking
•  Reliable internet and your own laptop

What matters most to us

You write like a human, not a press release. You try things without waiting for instructions. And you can explain why a post worked or didn't, beyond just "it got a lot of likes."
