Role Purpose

The Social Media & Community Associate - LinkedIn is responsible for executing outreach and content distribution. This role converts leads into conversations and booked calls.

Consistency and execution quality in this role directly affect pipeline volume.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach Execution

• Send connection requests daily
• Initiate conversations using approved scripts
• Personalize messages using research notes

2. Follow-Up Management

• Follow up on leads at defined intervals
• Maintain natural and professional communication

3. Call Booking

• Identify interested prospects
• Offer and schedule calls

4. Content Execution

• Post content as directed by the Growth Lead
• Ensure consistency in posting schedule

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of DMs sent
• Number of replies received
• Number of calls booked

Time Allocation (Full-Time) - Optional

• Outreach and DMs: 50–60%
• Follow-ups: 25–30%
• Content posting: 10–20%

Importance of the Role

This role drives the volume of conversations. Even with strong strategy and good leads, results will not materialize without consistent and disciplined execution.
