We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and digitally savvy Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for building and managing Fintopia’s social media presence across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth in the Philippine market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
• Collaborate with design, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Analyze performance data (engagement rates, impressions, follower growth, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
• Monitor competitors and market trends in the Philippine fintech and consumer finance space.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills (English and Filipino).
• Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
•  Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus but not required.
