الوصف

  • Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments
  • Respond to online inquiries and direct messages
  • Maintain clinic’s online presence by coordinating with the marketing team
  • Ensure excellent customer experience on-site and online
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to audience inquiries.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • With basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • With pleasing personality, good grooming, and excellent communication skill
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and client-focused
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, e-commerce strategies, business intelligence, and CRM.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional remote work; flexibility to meet project deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong verbal communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
