To assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in carrying out the objectives of the organization by assisting in accomplishing his role. Directs, strategize and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit as directed by the CEO.

1. With at least two (2) year experience in a managerial level; opening a business from planning to completion is an advantage.

2. Proven experience from the rank to managerial level. Willing to do staff to managerial duties.

2. With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.

4. Easy to adapt, street smart, resourceful and willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.

5. Can recruit qualified candidates and do training of staff.

6. Willing to go on different places and work on field.
