• Install, maintain, and repair game machines and related electrical components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly.
• Conduct testing to update, improve, and ensure optimal performance of existing electrical systems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or relevant electrical certifications (e.g., SKM, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology).
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to travel and perform field service duties.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work on weekends, as required.
