الوصف

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders or inquiries.
  • Process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately using POS systems.
  • Prepare and serve food or beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining, and work areas.
  • Ensure products are stocked, properly displayed, and meet quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.

المتطلبات

  • at least College level or with vocational education background
  • with experience in food services is an advantage
  • with pleasing personality
