Key Responsibilities of Social Media Paid Ads Specialist: The role involves planning and optimizing Meta ads, creating compelling ad copies, analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with the team to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience running META and TikTok campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking, audiences, and A/B testing
• Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics

Work Location: Mandaluyong City

Work arrangement: Will transition to a hybrid model following the successful completion of a six-month probationary period
