Job Title: Bouncer / Security Personnel

Location: BGC, Taguig – Simulation Golf Facility

Job Summary:

The Bouncer is responsible for ensuring the safety, order, and security of the Simulation Golf facility in BGC, Taguig. This includes monitoring entry and exit of guests, enforcing house rules, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and screen guests at the entrance to ensure authorized entry.
• Check bags and personal belongings if necessary to maintain safety protocols.
• Monitor guest behavior within the facility and ensure compliance with house rules.
• Maintain order and prevent disturbances or conflicts among guests.
• De-escalate any tense situations and, if necessary, escort disruptive individuals out of the premises in a professional manner.
• Assist in crowd control during peak hours, events, or tournaments.
• Support management and staff in handling emergencies or incidents.
• Ensure that safety regulations and company policies are consistently followed.
• Prepare and submit incident reports when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bouncer, security guard, or related role preferred.
• Strong physical presence, alertness, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of security procedures; first aid training is a plus.

The role is based in a high-end Simulation Golf facility located in BGC, Taguig. Bouncers will interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
