Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder or similar role
• Knowledge of different scaffolding systems and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working at heights
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in scaffolding (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffold layout
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear
• Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety regulations and standards
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Coordinate with site managers and other construction workers
• Maintain and store scaffolding equipment properly
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using appropriate methods
• Install guardrails, toe boards, and other safety features
