  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and evaluate sales team performance.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for training sessions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.
