Position overview:


We are looking for an energetic, inspiring, and visionary Training Manager to lead the learning, motivation, and sales development strategy for Karofi’s in the Philippines.


The position is about igniting passion, building winning mindsets, and shaping leaders. The Training Manager will act as a coach, motivator, and strategist, empowering thousands of distributors to master sales techniques, expand networks, and achieve success through ethical, high-impact engagement.


Your mission: build capability, confidence, and culture — turning our salesperson into powerful brand ambassadors.


Key responsibilities:


1. Training Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute long-term retail training strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Develop competency frameworks and career development roadmaps for key retail roles (Sales, Supervisors, Store Managers, Area Managers).
  • Manage training budgets and ensure measurable ROI from all training initiatives.


2. Program & Process Development

  • Design and standardize core learning programs such as Sales Academy, Retail Leadership Program, and Train-the-Trainer.
  • Build structured training systems, processes, and assessment tools.
  • Introduce blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job training).


3. Trainer Development & Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and inspire the trainer team to deliver engaging, high-impact sessions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the retail network.
  • Act as a leadership coach for store and area managers.


4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
  • Continuously evaluate, refresh, and optimize programs based on performance data and feedback.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic alignment.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Education.
  • 8+ years of experience in training, sales development, or motivational leadership, with at least 3 years in MLM / Direct Selling / Consumer Network business.
  • Proven expertise in sales psychology, persuasive communication, and motivational speaking.
  • Strong stage presence, inspiring energy, and charisma to engage large audiences.
  • Deep understanding of MLM structure, distributor journey, and duplication systems.
  • Excellent facilitation and leadership coaching skills.
  • Fluent in English
