- Sales technicians work with customers to find the products or services that best meet their needs and may deliver or install the necessary equipment on-site.
- As a sales technician, you ensure your customers receive the product or service they purchased and troubleshoot any issues they may have with the equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with products.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on customer equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Train customers on proper product usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for quality improvements.
