Job Summary:

We’re looking for passionate individuals — fresh graduates or those with relevant experience — who have a strong interest in computers, gaming, and IT products. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and basic technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand various IT and gaming products, including how they work.
• Assist and guide customers by explaining product features and offering live demos.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for laptops and other devices.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience from internships, OJTs, or previous roles involving tech support or IT retail.

• Graduate of any IT-related course or vocational program.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience.
• NC II Certificate in Computer Hardware Servicing is a plus but not required.
