Position: Sales Admin Officer

Industry: Manufacturing and Distribution Company

Location: Western Bicutan, Taguig City

Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30AM – 4:30PM)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 2-3 years of work experience in administrative and sales role.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel, Powerpoint & MS word.

Willing to work fully on site.

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate between the NCR sales team and other departments to ensure timely response to customer needs.

Maintain accurate customer records, price lists, contracts, and sales documents.

Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.

Assist with tasks and activities assigned by the Assistant Manager.

Prepare daily order forms and organize important documents.
