- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the value of the proposition of the steam boilers in a clear and concise manner to the potential customers.
- Provide excellent service and address the concerns and issues promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, bidding documents, quotations, draft contract and other relevant documents.
- Promote company's brand.
- Negotiate contact and close deals.
- Collaborate with with departments to optimize sales strategies, develop new projects and business process.
- Participates in exhibition, conference or activities to showcase the products for network expansion. Identify customer needs and tailor boiler solutions appropriately.
- Prepares and submit sales reports.
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience in steam boiler or any related boilers, industrial biomass equipment, or energy sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify new sales opportunities, maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and a team player.
