CRM & Sales Internship (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM), sales operations, lead generation, business development, and client engagement. The role is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure to sales processes and customer management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Support lead generation activities through market research, prospect identification, and database management.
• Conduct business and industry research to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Assist with sales outreach activities, including email campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with team members on business development initiatives and sales projects.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

Qualifications
