Sales Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Officer job should contain the following duties and responsibilities;

1. Find new prospects and leads.

2. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.

3. Track and monitor leads progress.

4. Learn details and be trained about FiliPay products and services.

5. Understand all the prospect requirements, pain-points, or wants.

6. Explain/Conduct a demo with prospects on how FiliPay solutions align with their pain-

points.

7. Prepare and present proposal and sales leads report to the reporting manager.

8. Coordinate with Implementation team for evaluation of customization requirements of

prospects in preparation for quotation/proposal.

9. Ensure an up-to-date presentation deck and other sales materials use for promoting the

HR & Payroll solutions of FiliPay and its services.

10. Maintain customer relationship and satisfactory in order to retain the client and become

a repeat customer.
