We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through calls, emails, or meetings
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
• Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any Sales related field
• Proven 3 years work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Time management and organizational skills
• WITH PLEASING PERSONALITY
• Preferred hometown Lucena City or near area

Working Conditions:

• May require travel to meet clients from Bicol, Mindoro, Batangas, Lucena, Marinduque etc.
• Flexible schedule depending on sales targets and client needs

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission and performance incentives
