Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/messages to potential clients and introduce company services
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Clearly communicate service value and generate genuine interest
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify them
• Book appointments/demo calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
• Send confirmations and reminders for scheduled appointments
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team for smooth handovers
• Handle basic objections and guide prospects toward taking action
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and booking targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting / Customer Support / Sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in night shift (full-time, 8 hours)
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling ability
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
