We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in motorcycle performance products, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities by visiting potential customers, presenting solutions, and conducting product demonstrations.
Promote and sell a comprehensive range of motorcycle performance products, parts, and accessories, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Provide expert guidance to customers, helping them select products and performance upgrades that suit their needs.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies that expand the client base and increase market share.
Address customer inquiries, offer exceptional after-sales support, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, customer feedback, and activity logs regularly to keep the team aligned and informed.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to showcase products, generate leads, and foster new relationships.
المتطلبات
Proven experience in sales, preferably in motorcycle parts, accessories, or a related industry.
Strong passion for motorcycles and in-depth knowledge of motorcycle performance products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a strong customer service focus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
