  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively pursue new leads and prospects, including architects, interior designers, developers and retail clients.
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, referrals and industry events.
  • Conduct client profiling to help identify prospect’s preferences, budget and decision-making process.
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationship with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and assistance for order updates, deliveries and additional requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints timely and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Management to ensure timely resolution, prevent bigger problems and enable informed decisions that protect the business and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales report and summaries.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics team and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in product training, sales meetings and company events.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to campaigns, launches and events.
