Identify new potential clients and develop a client base through outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects clients
Delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase products and services, highlighting how they can solve customer problems.
Build, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities
Guide and provide client of information's in regards with the company's product and services.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and close sales by preparing and coordinating necessary sales documents.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Hands on with clients need from start to finish of the sales/project that was been awarded.
Work with internal departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Make sure that the clients needs/request are being met and if in an instance not possible, provide suggestion or alternatives in order not to lose the clients interest in the companies products.
As the face of the company you will be attending clients meeting and social gatherings as companies representative.
Will be responsible in updating the client in regards with their payments or pending balances with the company.
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
