Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Must be in BPO Sales Voice Account)
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Management, Sales Support, Service Delivery, and Customer Relationship Management. Strong communication abilities and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with clients, provide sales support, and manage customer relationships to drive sales performance.
Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with potential travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Must demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and relationship building capabilities.
