9. Documents data on foot traffic and customer behavior/needs.
10. Affirms and thanks customers at the end of every transaction.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. Empathizes with customer concerns, feedback, and suggestions.
2. Answers all customer inquiries and provides assistance as necessary.
3. Collaborates with store heads in satisfying customer needs and expectations.

DISPLAY AND REPLENISHMENT

1. Secures and helps maintain quality and accountability of items and stocks.
2. Ensures availability, assortment, and proper display of items.
3. Rotates items to give a fresh look every day.

SECURITY AND HOUSEKEEPING

1. Observes vigilance at assigned area to prevent probable losses.
2. Maintains cleanliness of selling area, fitting rooms, and back office.
3. Identifies fixtures or areas that need repairs and reports to the store manager for disposition.
4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
