Key Responsibilities

• Approach and onboard new corporate customers for currency exchange and remittance services.
• Identify and build relationships with SMEs, travel agencies, import/export firms, and other potential partners.
• Maintain client lists, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth onboarding with our operations team.
• Support promotional activities and attend meetings or events when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service — fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome.
• Confident communicator with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of business communication and customer handling.
• Able to work independently and meet outreach targets.
