  • Introduce and present the company’s technical services to potential clients
  • Explain service features, benefits, and how they address client needs
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, phone calls, or online platforms
  • Maintain and update client records in the system
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate information is provided
  • Support after-sales follow-ups when necessary
