Sales Representative (PMR)

Locations: Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog, Cebu, Region 2

Work Setup: Full-Time | Onsite (Fieldwork)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager
• Secure account receivables and ensure timely collections
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
• Promote and present the company’s product portfolio to clients
• Manage customer accounts and address client concerns efficiently
• Participate in bidding activities to support business development and tap new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as remittances, approvals, itineraries, expense reports, and bookings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or medical-related course
• Strong, driven, confident, outgoing, structured, and charismatic personality
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel nationwide as required
• Must have proven sales experience in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, equipment)

Nice to Have

• Experience preparing bid documentation, especially for government accounts
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry
