As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, identifying and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Your goal is to provide local businesses with high-quality packaging solutions that help their products shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and visit potential B2B clients (food & beverage, manufacturing, retail, etc.) within your area.
• Relationship Building: Manage and grow existing accounts through excellent customer service.
• Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of our packaging products (training provided).
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitors and industry trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and weekly targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales (Real Estate, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, etc.) is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with a strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Mobility: Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license (essential for field visits).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in the field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 Basic Pay (depending on experience).
