  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

  • Educational Qualifications: College level
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in sales or leasing roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective negotiation and public speaking abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Varied; includes office settings and outside sales activities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, with a drive for results.
