Product Knowledge

• Stay informed about the store’s products, features, and promotion.
• Explain the benefits and uses of different products

Sales

• Promote and up sell products to customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and targets set by management.

Product Knowledge

• Help with restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed properly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
• Organize stock to ensure easy access and quick retrieval.
• Regularly count physical stock to ensure that inventory levels match records

Store Maintenance

• Dust shelves, counters, displays, and other furniture to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
• Ensure that displays and products are neat and visually appealing

Customer Retention

• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers. Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and customer care.

• At least two years of experience in casual luxury retail.
• Minimum height of 5'2".
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Proficient in handling A and B target markets.
• Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
