- Responsible for driving sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Knowledgeable in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge in CRM systems is an advantage
- Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Driving Skills is a plus
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to support client needs and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Attend sales trainings, meetings, and company events as required.
