الوصف

The Direct Sales Unit Officer is responsible for daily sales operation of the Direct Sales Unit.
Closely monitors leads, conversions and bookings productivity of the unit
Serves as the main liaison of the unit to interdependencies with other department throughout the sales process.
Answering customer’s questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Responsible for ensuring achievement of individuals KPIs through coaching, training and performance monitoring.
Will also be required to handle sales leads, process application, convert to close sales and contribute to the overall target.
Prepares the necessary documentation for the operations of Direct Sales Unit
May perform other tasks that may be assigned by Channel Sales Lead or Department Head.

المتطلبات

Graduate of any course with preference on Marketing or Financing related courses.
3-5 years' experience in Telesales or Direct Marketing background.
