  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for outsourcing services
  • Present and promote Palladium’s services to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in outsourcing or BPO services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
