The Sales Specialist in Cebu drives sales by understanding customer needs and providing solutions. You will manage the full sales process from finding leads to closing deal while keeping customers happy and hitting sales targets. Experience in the appliance, hardware, or DIY industry is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Kärcher products, including applications, specs, and advantages.
  • Identify potential customers and understand their cleaning needs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to grow the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through demos and consultative selling.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead to deal closure and follow-up.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage customer data, and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and resolve customer issues.
  • Analyze sales results and customer feedback to improve performance.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in appliances, hardware, or DIY products.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical details.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused and able to understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Willing to learn about new products and market trends.
