  • Customer service: Greet customers, answer inquiries about products or services, and provide a positive and professional experience.
  • Sales and transactions: Process sales accurately using cash or other payment methods, and often work to meet daily or weekly sales targets.
  • Product knowledge: Provide information and recommendations about the products being sold.
  • Kiosk maintenance: Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing. This also includes ensuring displays are well-presented.
  • Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves and displays, and report on inventory needs.
  • Food and beverage preparation: In food kiosks, this includes accurately preparing and serving orders.
